We offer two shipping methods to bring our jewelry to your doorstep:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every piece from our Heart and Love or Nature collections becomes a forever keepsake, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is needed.

Our Return Promise

We’ll handle your return with the same care we put into crafting our Gemstone collections and Charms.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, undamaged, with original packaging
  • Proof: Include your order number (from confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the intimate nature of certain collections:

  • Personalized Pieces: From our Family and Friends collection
  • Final Sale Items: Marked “Drop” in product description
  • Worn Jewelry: For hygiene reasons

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason (helps us improve our For Him and other collections)
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email a prepaid return label (US customers) or customs documentation (international)
  3. Ship Back: Pack securely using original materials—especially important for delicate pieces like our Earrings or Crosses
  4. Confirmation: We’ll notify you when your return arrives at our studio

Exchange Process

Found another treasure from our Professions or School collections?

  1. Follow standard return steps
  2. Include a note with your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll cover standard shipping for your new piece

Refund Details

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees (unless item is faulty)

International Returns

For our global collectors (excluding some Asian/remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Allow extra processing time for international shipments
