Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unworn, undamaged, with original packaging
- Proof: Include your order number (found in confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the intimate nature of certain collections, these items cannot be returned:
- Personalized Pieces: From our Family and Friends collection
- Final Sale Items: Marked “Drop” in product description
- Worn Jewelry: For hygiene reasons
How to Return

- Receive Instructions: We’ll email a prepaid return label (US customers) or customs documentation (international)
- Ship Back: Pack securely using original materials—protect delicate pieces like our Link Bracelets
- Confirmation: We’ll notify you when your return arrives at our studio
Exchange Process
Found another treasure from our Nature or Heart and Love collections? Simply:
- Follow standard return steps
- Include a note with your desired exchange item
- We’ll cover standard shipping for your new piece
Refund Details
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees (unless faulty)

International Returns
For our global collectors (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
