Our Promise: We’ll handle your return with the same care we put into crafting our Gold Pendants and Birthstone collections.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, undamaged, with original packaging
  • Proof: Include your order number (found in confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the intimate nature of certain collections, these items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Pieces: From our Family and Friends collection
  • Final Sale Items: Marked “Drop” in product description
  • Worn Jewelry: For hygiene reasons

How to Return

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email a prepaid return label (US customers) or customs documentation (international)

Exchange Process

Found another treasure from our Nature or Heart and Love collections? Simply:

  1. Follow standard return steps
  2. Include a note with your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll cover standard shipping for your new piece

Refund Details

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees (unless faulty)

International Returns

For our global collectors (excluding some Asian/remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
