US customers typically receive orders within 7 business days with standard shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched from our Long Beach studio.

Yes! We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. All international shipments include completed customs paperwork. Please note that recipients may be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed by their country.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If your charm doesn’t resonate or arrives damaged:

2. Include photos if the item is damaged
3. Return the item in its original packaging

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
